                              Full course: Full course refers to the training from the date of employment until now. The company will provide the employees with pre-post training, post training, enterprise culture training, special post occupation appraisal training, etc. In a word, we will take various measures based on the requirements of different posts and different training activities, so as to achieve the mutual development and growth of company as the as individual.


                              Department training: We emphasized on the training on enterprise culture as well as individual occupational quality. We will organize the employees to watch some disc, and help them join in the enterprise quickly.

                              Workshop training: Take lecturer teaching as the principal thing, to teach the relevant performance of products. Then we will arrange an examination, and we will mainly help those failed in the examination.
